What I can help you with

There are many reasons why people come and see me. Sometimes it’s general, you just feel like life is kicking you in the teeth and it’s all too much. Sometimes it’s because life is overwhelming or lacking in focus.

Or it may be that you have no one who ‘gets you’ or who will really listen to you.

Some clients come with a specific reason, below is a list of common reasons but it shouldn’t be considered exhaustive.

  • Bereavement
  • Low mood, Stress, Anxiety or Depression
  • Coping Skills
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Relationship breakdown – whether with a partner, family, friend or work colleague
  • Professional and Career issues
  • Abuse
  • Anger issues
  • Sexuality and Gender

Whatever the reason, the idea of talking about it can be daunting. At first it may seem hard, possibly embarrassing, sharing your inner thoughts and feelings to someone who initially is a stranger. However, if you can take that first step, I am here to listen and then help you explore and resolve your problems in a supportive environment, without being judged. My aim is to help you move forward in a way that is right for you.

All clients (aged 16+) are welcome regardless of gender, sexuality, disability, race or culture.
